Don Miller MA, LLP – Owner and Manager

Don has been working here at Pathways for approximately 30 years.  Trained as a Master’s level psychologist and family therapist,  he has enjoyed testing and evaluative work as well as meeting with and assisting families in their struggles.    Working with men individually and in groups has always been an interest and he continues to do that here at Pathways. He has also enjoyed working with clients who struggle with anxiety and depression issues.  He has experience diagnosing and counseling clients with bipolar disorder and works closely with their medical providers.

Kaisey Foltz, MA, LLP

Kaisey graduated with her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University in 2020. She began at Pathways as an intern in January of 2020 and joined the team following graduation. Kaisey is empathetic, understanding, and works with clients holistically to make sure all needs are addressed. She works one-on-one with adults and has experience in:

Judi Hall, LLP, LPC, RN

Judi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Michigan and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University.  She joined Pathways in April 2013 after 23 years working in Employee Assistance Counseling, inpatient and case management capacities.  She has special interest working with young adults, people dealing with health and medical concerns that are impacting their lives and stage of life transitions.  She also performs drivers license evaluations, for the State of Michigan, substance abuse assessments, and leads our Alcohol and Drug Highway Safety class. She is a certified SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) and as such is able to provide assessment and case management services for individuals in safety sensitive positions with drug and alcohol testing violations.
