Don Miller MA, LLP – Owner and Manager

Don has been working here at Pathways for approximately 20 years.  Trained as a Master’s level psychologist and family therapist,  he has enjoyed testing and evaluative work as well as meeting with and assisting families in their struggles.  He has  theological training and has been able to put that to use working with the chaplains in training in Bronson Hospital’s  Pastoral Care Department of  Kalamazoo.  Working with men individually and in groups has always been an interest and he continues to do that here at Pathways.

Dr. Lisa K Largo-Marsh, Ph.D. LP – Clinical Director

Dr. Lisa Largo-Marsh is a Licensed Psychologist. She earned her Ph.D at Western Michigan University in 1996. Dr. Largo-Marsh is the Clinical Director at Pathways Psychological Associates. She has many years of experience as a therapist in Southwest Michigan. In addition to the private practice she has also worked at Barry County Community Mental Health in Hastings Michigan.

Pat Jorgenson,  LMSW, ACSW

As a Clinical Social Worker Pat feels she was trained to see an individual as part of something bigger whether it’s a family, a community, a racial or ethnic group or a religion:  “Understanding the complexity of one’s life helps us find compassion within ourselves and compassion for others”.

Like a family practice physician, she treats all ages for routine problems many people experience at sometime in their lives such as depression, anxiety adjustment to life’s changes and loss.

Pat works with individuals, couples, and families with the general aim of helping people feel and function better in their lives.

Judi Hall, LLP, LPC, RN

Judi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Michigan and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University.  She joined Pathways in April 2013 after 23 years working in Employee Assistance Counseling, inpatient and case management capacities.  She has special interest working with young adults, people dealing with health and medical concerns that are impacting their lives and stage of life transitions.  She also performs drivers license evaluations, for the State of Michigan, substance abuse assessments, and leads our Alcohol and Drug Highway Safety class one Saturday each month. She is a certified SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) and as such is able to provide assessment and case management services for individuals in safety sensitive positions with drug and alcohol testing violations.

Christine Wine, LCMSW

Christine has been with Pathways since 2015. She received her Bachelors of Social Work and Masters of Social Work from Western Michigan University. She has been actively engaged in the field since 2007 and has been fully licensed since 2013. When she is not at Pathways, she spends her time with her family, her rescue animals, and working at a daytime shelter and resource center in Kalamazoo, MI.
“I see recovery or healing of any form on a spectrum. As a therapist, it is part of my job to help provide the space to clear the fog and help separate the pieces of the puzzle that is our lives. We do this so we can begin to work on one thing at a time, together”.
